Ruger Hawkeye in 338 RCM (early guide version with the 20" barrel and ultralight stock... Got it for $400 because it's a dead cartridge)

Redfield (Leupold) Revolution 3-9. Got for $50 on clearance.

I have one of those Redfield's in 2x7 on a .270. I think Redfield is gone again.
Looked at a .338 Federal, its dead as well. Can't reload as rifle primers are pretty much hens teeth right now.

Yep, Redfield is gone, the VX Freedom line basically replaced it. They are great optics for the price, though.

And I love 338 Fed as well. Great round. Allegedly the 338 win mag is being phased out or slowed down by manufacturers too but that just might be gunshop gossip.

If I start reloading, I'm def looking at the 35 whelen though. Or 9.3 Mauser.

Looking at a Henry Big Boy X in .44 mag for a fun gun and maybe deer in Ohio as you can use straight wall cartridges there. WV is open to anything.

I've got everything to reload my .45/70, just no primers

This looks like Midjourney. Is that what you're using? You can play around with aspect ratios as well, just FYI. Not everything has to be square. It just creates a 1:1 grid by default. At the end of your prompt add: --aspect

Example:

Imagine/ a Ford ranger that is climbing a snowy mountain in a dense forest --aspect 3:2

Will generate something in a photographic aspect ratio. It works the other way around if you want something tall for your phone; you can do --aspect 9:6

Have fun dude - AR art is certainly something else.
