Many here do, either via a ScanGauge lll or one of several apps that can display trans fluid temps.
Not really critical if you don't tow a heavy trailer, camper, boat. But if you do it definitely helps to keep tabs on the fluid temps....both trans and coolant temps.
I use a ScanGauge lll which monitors both and numerous other info areas....mpg, boost, cylinder head temps, and many others.
Several of the available apps do the same

Very well and thank you. I rarely tow and usually it’s only my 2620 Kubota backhoe. The tractor and trailer are only about 3k. I will research the gauge and apps. I’m at 148k on my 21 and it gets serviced every 5000 miles whatever it needs.

I had one through the Livernoise Tuner. Was it needed? Not necessarily, but it's not a bad thing to watch especially if towing. That said just keep in mind that if towing, you fall under the Severe Service Schedule for Maintenance. Follow that service schedule and drive within reason and you should be fine.

Thank you. I don’t tow often and when I do, the heaviest load is my little 2620 Kubota backhoe. The tractor and trailer are only like 3000 pounds. I’m coming up on 148k on my 2021 and need to make it last. Had trans flush at 90k, and was considering another flush at 150k but everything I read says not to flush high mileage transmissions.

I'm running a veepeak Bluetooth adapter and the obd fusion app. It lets me pull up the readouts on the screen for the radio through CarPlay. I watch trans temps when I'm towing in heavy traffic or steep grades.

What PID are you using to get oil pressure? I looked a while ago but didn't see one.
I posted up a screen shot in another similar thread...I'm not having luck finding that post...once you have the OBD Fusion free app, you'll find it for purchase within the pid selections...something in the order of 2019 Ford Ecotec...it's around $75...

How consistent are the oil pressure readings? I thought i read it tends to change a lot during operation. That gear indicator being on all the time is a plus, I'd be happy if Banks had that as an option with their multi-guage.

The pressure is variable according to load/rpm...it's moving all the time...

On my current dashboard, I've removed the head temp since it's almost identical to engine temp and changed it to the exhaust temp instead...
