Temperature Control Not Working

I just bought a brand new 2025 Ford Ranger in Thailand. The AC works well but when I use the temp control dial or led slider control on left the level remains freezing cold. I brought it to the dealer but nobody spoke English. I used Google Translate to explain to mechanic but he said nothing wrong with AC!
Are Rangers designed like this in Thailand? If so I never would have bought it. My wife & her family say turn ac off to solve the problem.
