I doubt it. Usually if a tire is directional you will see it in the tread pattern alone. Unless it's a dedicated snow tire or high performance summer tire for a sports car generally the tires are not directionalNow I have to check if the Wildpeaks are directional…coming up on 5k.

(I hate ending up with a "new" spare when I replace worn out tires). So I explained the "need" for the wheel to the Warden.... and she asked the price. That plan/idea was shut down quickly. Additionally the error(s) of my thinking process for this endeavor was pointed out to me.
