Now I have to check if the Wildpeaks are directional…coming up on 5k.
I doubt it. Usually if a tire is directional you will see it in the tread pattern alone. Unless it's a dedicated snow tire or high performance summer tire for a sports car generally the tires are not directional

Right. I guess I was just thinking because it’s snow rated.

Right. I guess I was just thinking because it’s snow rated.
You are thinking of the 3 Peak rating. That simply means said tire is at minimum 10% better with winter traction compared to a regular tire.

Corporate drone. Dilbert's world is alive & well.
Curious, if you have a matching spare, that you are not doing a 5 tire rotation.
Can only speak for the Tremor, but the spare wheel doesn't match. I was going to order another wheel for the spare just so I could do 5 tire rotation  (I hate ending up with a "new" spare when I replace worn out tires). So I explained the "need" for the wheel to the Warden.... and she asked the price. That plan/idea was shut down quickly. Additionally the error(s) of my thinking process for this endeavor was pointed out to me.

Just to be clear, I am the captain of my ship!!! But I married an admiral.

Your mistake was asking her.

Ahh, yes, very true. I did pay the piper and purchased the matching wheel.

And for the past year I have been researching and planning to buy either a 4 door Wrangler or Bronco, so I have been seeing all those matching spares.

You didn't explain that with 5 tire rotation, you wouldn't have to retire as soon. Thereby saving money. Wifes like the saving money part...
