So the 18 inch blackout wheels/tires only need 30 psi. The stock 17's on my 2020 XLT calls for 38 psi. It seems that once the pressure in all tires is high enough (36psi) to shut off all tire pressure monitors, I can drop pressure back to 32 (for a significantly better ride) without tripping the tpms. Until one goes below 30, on a cool morning. Can the trucks recommended tire pressure be reset?

I wouldn‘t run that much below recommended. Sounds like you need to swap your LT’s for some P rated tires. Then you can run 30.

The desired pressure can be set in Forscan.

Not sure how well it works. I increased mine to 36, I run E-Rated 33"s, when I corrected the size. I've never had an alarm so I'm not sure on the end result.

It actually depends on the package with tires for what tire pressure is required. My 2019 Sport had 17 inch wheels and required 30 PSI. Can't simply go off of wheel size

I believe the standard tires are 30, the Offroad P rated might be 36 and I know my LT Offroad tires want 38

It's whatever is listed on the door. My '21 STX SE 4x2 has 35 psi recommended.
