Time to have some more fun for those since plenty keep asking what tire they should buy!

Sticking to quality tires(because being a Cheap ASS and buy Chinese Tires is a bad idea), what Brand are you going with? Not to concerned about the exact tire Model, just the Brand.

I know I'm sticking with Bridgestone/Firestone!

I've been enjoying my Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S' for about 19,000 miles now. They seem to have been replaced by the Discoverer Road+Trail AT, at least in a 265/60R18 size. MPG hasn't suffered over the Hankooks, and they have only a mild hum on pavement. excellent wet grip and pretty tough for a P-tire (non-LT). We went through the Grand Staircase National park near Escalante, UT; 64 miles from Escalante to Big Water of gnarly rock slab and outcroppings, washouts, sandy riverbeds and maybe 50 yards of smooth gravel(kidding). It took us 5 1/2 hours. The side lugs are more than cosmetic, they really helped in the dry sand stream beds. The truck needed an alignment afterwards but otherwise no problems.

Yokohama G015. Their one of the few in correct size that come in a 10 ply tire. Needed as I tow a heavy travel trailer, and these tires have an 80 psi max rating and are stiffer....hold up and gives a much more stable/handling ride than any 2/4 ply tire. I run 50 psi in rear when towing which is the max for most 2/4 ply tires......the Yoko's are just perfect at that psi.

Been a Goodyear family for years now. Getting a set of Assurance WeatherReadys put on the wife’s Escape at Discount Tire as I type this. The last set, Assurance MaxLife, were all around great tires and hit 80k miles with nothing other than regular rotation.

I'm running BFG KO2's the last set on my gx470 had 80k miles and were still passing inspection. I'm already up to 30k for the set on my Ranger and they look like they're going to go another 30k. Next set will probably be the KO3's

None of the above. Switching from Bridgestone to Hercules ( USA made, owned by Cooper) as soon as Ford gets done delaying fixing my Ranger ?

Due to our winters I was looking for a 3 peak so went with the Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Not disappointed!
Winter is a big factor for me too, I wanted to go Wildpeak this time, but got a really good deal on another set of Ridge Grappler 285/75 I couldnt pass up, my last truck did really good snow, rain and mud... on Coopers and I got a shit ton of miles out of them with a great ride quality too, I also found a set of 5 Bridgestone on FB market place almost new for $100 so I will keep them in my basement till next tire change :)

So if your sticking with Brigstone /Firestone why ask what we want. By the way;
Bridgestone acquired Firestone in 1988, making the two companies the world's largest tire and rubber company. Today, Bridgestone and Firestone operate as separate brands with different market positions and tire offerings. But under the umbrella.

This isn't necessarily for me, but for others that keep asking what tire to get. This will more or less help give an idea of where others tend to go for their own needs and wants.

Current rankings place Michelin as the biggest tire maker for the past 3 yrs. , I'm ok with that as I've had Michelin on numerous vehicles, Bridgestone only once, Turanzas on my 1991 SHO and they wore out way too fast, so to hell with bridgestone.

I currently have Firestone LE3s on my Ranger, but tomorrow it is getting a new set of Firestone Destination A/T2's. I have had great luck with LE 2/3s but want a more aggressive tire for my Ranger 4x4.
