Best tires for 2019 ranger 4x4 lariat. Time for a new set. Also getting time for front struts, go with oem or is there a better brand?

Nobody has asked yet so... Why do you feel you need to replace struts with mostly street/highway driving? Not sure struts would ever have to be replaced with that driving. Maybe over 100k

They started leaking at like 50k and were recommend changing them then. Causing uneven wear on the tires.

You got 85K on the OE tires?!?!? I didn't make it to 40K. Then I got Michelin AT at a BJ's here in CT. They're awesome.
I got 110k on OE Hanocks A/T on my FX2 riding on "17 rims, but started losing air regularly and was over the 50k lifespan by a lot. I went with Firestone street tires as I don't go off-road much.

I put Cooper Discoverer AT3s on at 50,000 miles in the stock, 265/60R 18 size. I was getting good life out of the Hankooks, but the sidewalls were turning brown, and not very good on wet snow or slab snow. I've got about 16,000mi on the Coopers and loving them so far. They're good in sand, snow rain and even dry roads and very little hum. I rotate them every 6,000 mi and getting very good wear so far. I still have the original FX4 shocks and struts, and they seem to be holding up well. The Coops are wearing evenly with no sign of cupping or scallops, but I'll probably go with Eibachs or Bilsteins when the time comes.
