We had a windchill of -38 yesterday and are at a windchill of -9 now in northern Illinois. Honestly, I was expecting more from this (granted -38 is nothing to squawk at). Hoping all in the potentially affected areas see light āactualsā.
Interesting - itās a repo from May of this year and had a bunch of work, including on the valve body, at 12k miles.
Maybe combo unreported accident plus stripping for parts before the repo...
Too bad Ford doesnāt offer a 10yr/100k warranty like Ram now does.

We replaced our Samsung washer and dryer a few years ago for a really basic Maytag set at the advice of our appliance repair guy. Work great, zero issues. My In laws have had luck with Miele appliances (https://www.miele.com/en/com/good-reasons-for-choosing-miele-2096.htm) for the last 10 or so...
While I applaud the effort of putting LEDs on a ā94 sh**box, take five minutes to aim them before heading out on the road. And donāt drive with your high beams/fog lights/safari set up when you do. :curse:
Oof - itās gotta be just a matter of time before a class action lawsuit for ford 10 speeds sticks like this one for the GM 8 speeds. With all the TSBs Ford has put out, itās somewhat an admission of guilt it would seem...
Years ago the wife and I were driving through NE CO on I-76, leaving Denver at 10 that night. She let me sleep so that around 2 or 3 we could swap when she was ready to nap. About two hours in I woke up to us going about 20 in near white out conditions by the Nebraska border as semis are flying...
Good call - those def appear to be Michigan Manufacturer plates. Would seem silly for all road testing to be in an environment that isnāt the intended market. But who knows, maybe thatās the norm.
Regardless, that test mule does have a very functional bed.
I have zero brand loyalty when it comes to what is in my garage. Technologies and build quality have and will continue to fluctuate decade to decade, manufacturer to manufacturer. If Ford goes all EV good on them - thatās what they thought made sense at the time and hopefully they find success...
I could see the pros. ~1000 mile road trips suck, speaking as someone who has regularly done Denver to Chicago a few times a year for many years now. So if someone/something else can do the driving while you are sleeping, the extra cost may be worth it. Sometimes the convenience is worth the...
I love Rangers5G, itās full of smart people with varied experiences and folks regularly post to it. Hereās the problem: I need its equivalent, but for a Honda I now own. A quick Google search yields few results, most with seemingly infrequent engagement and/or full of incompetent people.
If you...
Obviously there are exceptions, but this map of generalized octane offerings by state may be handy.

Looks pretty good for PDR on a seam! A sticker/vinyl graphic could mask the color chip on the cab.
If anything, now you have a reminder staring at your every day to park further away.
Been a Goodyear family for years now. Getting a set of Assurance WeatherReadys put on the wifeās Escape at Discount Tire as I type this. The last set, Assurance MaxLife, were all around great tires and hit 80k miles with nothing other than regular rotation.
this article from Car & Driver does a good job of detailing other features (than ac) included in the new vehicles.

Thereās a lot of posts about costs. Serious question: what does an Amazon truck specād similarly cost? Donāt...
See the diagram here. Looks like your part may be in it (I know this is the diagram for drivers side).

Edit: airline tech beat me to it ?
