As someone else said - to box or body ground which runs to box... But not to neg post... Never assumed you didn't know... My brevity didn't assume anything... Good luck.Give me more credit that that, I know how +/- works, however I recall a discussion coming up about if its better to connect directly to the battery or one of the fork off connections. I just cant seem to find the thread.
Sorry I mis-read, error on my part. Apologies. As someone else said - to box or body ground which runs to box... But not to neg post... Never assumed you didn't know... My brevity didn't assume anything... Good luck.
Ah thats a good idea too. I used one of those when I ran power from house to my garage. lolMine plugs in 110 through this:
If I was going to put a quick disconnect on, it would need to be up near the windshield where I would see it when I got in. In the front down low, I would be dragging the cord for sure.I prefer to pop the hood so I don't forget to unplug it when I leave.
Install it on the rear, so when you drive off it pops out hahahaIf I was going to put a quick disconnect on, it would need to be up near the windshield where I would see it when I got in. In the front down low, I would be dragging the cord for sure.
I have to back out ofy garage first.Install it on the rear, so when you drive off it pops out hahaha
Good point, even with my "remove before flight" magnet dealio, I sometimes back out with it connected (because I need another reminder to put the magnet on the truck!).Personally don't mine having to open the hood. That reminds me to unhook the maintainer before I start the truck. Of course my MY2019 has hood struts.
