Tonight, leaving work, I bumped the turn signal, and it did not "lock" down, and I quickly noticed it was flashing, so when I hit it, I noticed it was in it's home spot, and was puzzled on this, then it stopped..

So i tapped it again and it flashed 3 times and stopped, and I tapped up, and did the same thing.. Huh!

Must be used for lane changes.
That's been a feature of every Ford I've owned for the last 10 years. I love it. I wish it was 4 or 5 flashs though.

The 3 flash turn signal changes to 5 flash's when towing (7 pin only).

You get used to it very quickly

I'm pretty sure you can change the number of flashes using FORScan. I seem to recall seeing it in the list for an F-150, but I don't know if anyone has verified that it works on the Ranger.

It does not work like the F-150. I tried it and it created hyperblink.

I noticed when you adjust the speed setting while using cruise control if you hold down either button for a second instead of tapping them it will adjust in 5 mph increments.

I had a XLT loaner the other day though and that didn't work. I dont know if it is because mine is a Lariat or because mine has adaptive cruise control but I find it quite useful.

Really? I had an '09, and that didn't have it.

Not on the Ranger. It doesn’t change when towing using either plug. Wish it did. And you can't change it in Forscan either.
