For those who think AZ is always hot and 108*. Today it freezing in the mid 40's with thunder, lightning, pouring rain and even some sleet. ?

You have more hail on your outdoor kitchen countertop than there is snow in all of Toronto - even the stuff the Zamboni dumped behind the neighbourhood hockey rink has melted. For those who think AZ is always hot and 108*. It's been a strange winter that's for sure. Last week was nice in the low 70's and now this cold front these past few days with a lot of rain. The wind picked up and then the hail started for about 30 minutes, now it's sunny again. It is a nice change from the heat as long as it doesn't last to long. You have more hail on your outdoor kitchen countertop than there is snow in all of Toronto - even the stuff the Zamboni dumped behind the neighbourhood hockey rink has melted.

That's just not normal. lol Although some say that about our summer temps too. My body just doesn't do well with cold weather anymore and while I don't necessarily love our summers, they're way more tolerable for me than cold winters. Plus IIRC you're still fairly young you might change your mind in about 10-15 years. ?Yeah, it's so hard isn't it. haha
In the meantime, here, winter has finally come home for a bit. Finally near normal temps this week, and then it'll warm up again to above normal into the 20s this weekend.
Ah... Happiness is a bunch of black flies in your ear while the deer flies circle your head.I mean technically it is pretty much normal for here, but I get what you mean. haha
I don't think I'd ever want to be somewhere as hot as AZ. I can barely handle visiting. haha Also, I don't think I'll ever want to not have snow. Minnesota is pretty cold, and that's a bummer sometimes. Especially in February when it's below 0F for days and weeks on end sometimes. And it doesn't get much snow, relatively, which is also a bummer to me. Really the perfect setting would be temperate year round, with all 4 seasons, and plenty of snow in the winter. I mean, really I'll probably end up going back to the UP of Michigan at some point because that's essentially what that place is like. Though the bugs can be rough. haha
We wouldn't live where-ever air conditioning or swamp coolers are the norm.I mean technically it is pretty much normal for here, but I get what you mean. haha
