I'm totally my father, but I have some extra cash. So, I put about 2K in upgrades and then stopped when I saw another shinny object.

Rear shocks, bed step, Tonneau cover, swing tool box, weathertech flaps and floor mats, and other small stuff. Also did some mods like enabling folding rear head rests and other stuff I forget.

Oh, and Forscan adapter and setting changes.

Not really ;) I still wish they had made a real 2WD Ranger.
but at least I was able to get a tailgate damper! :giggle:
If the truck comes from the factory driving only the rear wheels it is a real 2WD Ranger. What you want is something that sits way lower and only drives 2 wheels. I believe the current Ranger can be lowered if that is what you want.

So you say! :like:

I"m not sure where you got the idea that ride height is all the difference.
Go drive a funny car around BlackHawk:giggle:

Love my Ranger, but it is what it is...
Great truck, but still basically a decontented 4WD.

I wouldn't do it, but I respect the work it takes to create that and keep it looking good.
Just remember, it's not your grandma's Buick.
The first car I ever modded was a 98 Buick Regal GS, supercharged, tuned, CAI, brakes and suspension. Pretty quick sleeper, for a Grampa car. Kids all laughed until they rolled up to the next three stop lights in second place LMAO. Then a 2008 Grand Prix GTP, all the above plus roller rockers, headers, smaller puller on the S/C. That thing was a rocket.

The TGD rage and 303 graphene love started this divide. Sometimes sitting on the fence and doing nothing that requires some sweat, fail, blood can put you on the cool side of things. Some people with two left hands can actually create a movement of being royalty detached and making diyers look like peasants. Happens all the time on all regards. The sad truth is that those people rally, the lack of skill and guts to try things unites them.
