We can still get all the panels , which is all insurance would ever pay for anyway, one side or the other , if you need the whole box , it's totaled anyway most likely...

Unbelievable, so many people over here buy a ute and tear off the tub to put on a tray back that pretty much every dealer ship has a pile of new ones out the back just collecting dust, they will almost pay you to take them away.

That didn't help me at all when I got backed into in the farmer's market parking lot. Girl backed straight back from the front row and didn't start turning until just before the last row with my Ranger in it.

My insurance company recommended the shop. It'll be charged to her insurance.

Any claims we have made over the years have been repaired to new no fuss. I think our Quebec system works well in that regard.

Often the reason the ins. co. recommends a body shop(s) is because they are a competent shop, and they have the ins. co's. software format. But you are always free to take it where you want and the insurance provider will cover the cost.

It was suggested to me that the Tesla may even cost more to fix...the battery being tored in the back end may be damaged and all the little sensors that she ignored as well...

I guess I am lucky (!) that it wasn't the front door and the air bag didn't deploy!
