As far as getting scheduled? I think I saw somewhere Ford cancelled scheduling this week.

There's two (or more) parts of an order getting a scheduled date. The dealer you ordered has to have an allocation of a Ranger(s), and then your vehicle is scheduled based on its order priority code and there being no parts shortage for your particular build.

So, no allocation, no build. I'm the highest priority in my dealership's Ranger queue but waiting for the dealer to receive additional Ranger allocation.

Thanks to this thread I found order tracker.app which has more info than the Ford site.

it mentions an Invoice Date and a Blend Date and I’d like to know they mean.

My 22 Ranger Crew, 4x4, FX4, 501A, Chrome PKG, Chrome Running Boards, Trailer PKG with Ford Site showing Ordered Confirmed date of 21 Mar and In Production 25 May.

They will not change the schedule on the scheduling page. The dealers receive an email from ford about scheduling changes !! No one will be getting scheduled this week !!

I used truecar.com to find 5 dealerships that had the vehicle I want. I called/emailed each one within 24 hours. I sorted out the b.s. from the real cars for sale by asking "is this vehicle for sale, and is it on your lot currently". so many bait-and-switch dealerships out there. Called Olathe Ford in KS and we had a conversation. Worked on the numbers, the accessories, the cost to deliver, and in 2 days we had a deal.

Thanks! I'll start a search via TrueCar. I used them with my Mustang years ago and forgot about them this time.

If you don't mind my asking, how pricey was delivery? Also are they driving it or hauling it and did you have to set it up or the dealer?

The tracker shows my truck went into production Yesterday with a blend date of June 1st. My window sticker is also available. Regarding headlights there is no mention of them other than daytime running lights and auto dimming feature. That said, there is not a credit for the talked about switch to halogens. So I should get the truck as I ordered correct(?). I've been scheduled and had VIN since March 25. I've had two delays. This headlight thing kinda has me twisted up....

That change to halogens was only for unscheduled and dealer stock builds.

I ordered basically the same truck in February, minus bedliner cause the dealer said that would hold it up... I wonder if they aren't just sitting on SuperCab orders until they hit a certain volume?

i ordered mid February. Got my vin and build schedule a few weeks ago for last week of June.

scab only upgrades FX4, sliding window and tow package. S/S delete.

Welp still no truck LOL

Dealership just called...got my hopes all up when I saw the number, they just wanted to let me know that the truck was still on its way but wanted to give me a courtesy call since it didn't show up on 5/25. They're expecting it to show up any day now. So kudos for them reaching out and me not having to contact them.

I guess I'll have to blame AZ for that comment he made earlier. Told him it would be the Mod curse
