My ‘22 had the drum replaced in March ‘25. transmission is better but something still isn’t right. Replaced the drum in March ‘25. So this TSB shouldn’t? affect me?

I ordered one through Amazon. Same deal the holes aren’t threaded. Returned and reordered 3x all the same. I emailed the actual company and they’re clueless on what I was telling them and told me to talk to the Amazon seller. End of it all I just threaded the posts on my own.

My licence plate lights keep blowing out every month on my 2022 Ranger. Looks like the one harness/socket has a bit of a burn on it and the bulb was shattered. I’m thinking water might be getting in the light socket. I can’t seem to find the part number for a socket / wiring kit. Any help /...

Mines June 2022. Need to have the tranny fixed a few months ago. Only 30k on it.

Pretty sure the dealer service bulletin says to replace it with the drum.

Did they also replace the valve body? CDF replacement alone won’t fix the problem.

Why are you still driving it like this?

No. I came to this thread to join the poll and post why I polled the way it I did. This thread has nothing to do with being helpful or promoting snake oil. Theres a million threads on the plagued problem of the transmission and a service bulletin at the dealer on a possible solution.

You must own shares in the company. If it were that great at solving the issues, ford would just start dumping it in there transmissions rather then deal with all the problems and lawsuits going on. I don’t want something to bandaid my tranny in the meantime. I want my transmission fixed proper...

At the very first sign of trouble it’ll be going back in to ford. Magic snake oil isn’t going to fix a lemon transmission.

Insult to injury. My blend door got stuck on defrost this am. Tried putting on the a/c right now and it just blows hot air out the top vent. Max a/c works. Called back and added that to my appointment on Monday when they try to fix the transmission again. Looks like I got a lemon.

Maybe lots of maybes. In the end it’s not a good brand new vehicle experience. After I get it back for the fourth time, it’s going to be in the back of my mind on how long the tranny will last this time.

Have to vote against the grain and say no. Have a ‘22 SCAB ordered from the factory. Had the transmission rebuilt 2 months ago per the service bulletin. Just had the roof trim replaced (rust) under warranty. Transmission started acting up again. Goes back in on Monday to have main control...
