I ordered my SC FX4 in September, it got canceled in October and reordered on October 28th. Received build confirmation on 12/8 and Vin and build date on feb17th. Build week 3/28.
Probably will have the ball installed, if not i will put hardware on myself. Mine is a week after yours. Getting close nowI hope it still has the mounting hardware preinstalled because that could also change. Just sayin'My Tremor is supposed to be built week of 3-7-22. Hope the date holds.
Just noticed this yesterday. Not on my 2022. Not really sad about it. The key is for extreme emergency, and can still unlock from inside.
It's not a huge deal, but I assume now if the electric lock mechanism fails the access panel has to be removed to get it open. Correct?
Haha got ya. So it was about a month after order that you got the build date from factory then?EDIT: Misread the your date. I ordered mine 01/15/22...not 02/15/22. All the rest is correct. Sorry for confusion.
I have had the same thought. Never have i had to buy stuff for a new vehicle that has been left off on purpose. Ridiculous really

I got my build date about a week after the order was put in. Confirmed 2/8, scheduled on 2/17. Mostly depends on your configuration and when they're doing scheduling. Other dates in my sig.
If the dealer did not use your email, you won't hear a word until the dealer updates you. For me:
I had ordered a Catus Grey Scab back in July 2021 and didn't find out it was canceled till December of 2021, had visited the selling dealership and it took them about 45 min. to figure this out.
