Just be careful CA doesn't try and collect any additional taxes/fees for your out of state vehicle purchase. I read a couple people here didn't realize their specific state will STILL collect taxes on out of state vehicle purchases when they try and register their vehicles in their state of residency. Just make sure you do your due diligence ;) Otherwise, I'm sure it is worth it for some to go out of state for their vehicles :like:
Granger will not be collecting any sales tax. I will get temp transit tags for the drive back to CA. I will pay full sales tax in CA when I register within the required timeframe of 10 days of entry to CA.

And as to the savings in price, my local dealers are MSRP + 4K to 5K of useless addons / market adjustments. So that vs Granger 3% under invoice is a no brainer for me.

Oh, I don't blame you going this route. I would too :like: Looks like you did your homework, where there has been an instance or two (since I've been lurking) that the forum member didn't realize they were going to be taxed twice. Again, just an FYI for anyone who plans to do the same is all ;)
Congrats on the purchase and decent deal in this crazy market..KUDOS

So I received my window sticker. Looks like FORD themselves eliminated the ASS feature and credited me $50 for it. I'm glad that happened ;)

However, I do not see any mention of my power/heated seats or power/heated mirrors from the 302A package I paid for?? I hope these are still on the vehicle as that's why I purchased this package??

Heated seat availability was a problem months ago so I stuck with the 301A package Ford was promoting with a $500 discount in the hope of avoiding delays. Guessed Ford gave a discount on trims they could reasonably build and sell without spending time in a parking lot.

Best of luck on the 302A package contents. If your seats are not there, ask for replacements when heated seats are available.
While I understand your logic, I then should not be charged the full boat for a package that was offered back then. Or at least, as you say, given the opportunity to get them installed at a later date. Power/heated seats and power/heated mirrors are a big chunk of eliminated features then on the 302A package. So a big chunk of $$ should also be eliminated if that's the case.

Either way, it looks like, based on another thread, that the window sticker's lack of showing the seats and mirrors is a communication error on FORDs part, and should actually be installed as ordered...I hope :fingerscrossed:

I received the "Shipped" email the other day on my Tremor. Does anyone know how to figure out if it actually is on a moving train and how to track progress? My estimated arrival dates are 4/9-4/15. I notice the ORDERTRACK.app shows a Freight ID number - is that useful? Thanks.

Contact your dealer as I am to understand they will have more specific location once its on its way to them.

Just an FYI, mine went to "Final Preparation", on March 7, but sat on a holding lot for over 3 weeks. It was only 15 minutes from the dealer. They finally had to get permission to go to the lot and pick it up themselves. Can't find transport truck drivers. Finally taking delivery tomorrow.

Mine is on the move. was able to get the rail car # and can track it from this. It will be in Blue Island, IL by 4/2 and will be only 350 miles away from the dealer. Guessing from there it will go on a truck Transport. I will be keeping a close eye. I have travel booked for the 13th of April and Ford's estimate shows 4/14-4/20 but I can imagine it takes more than a week to move from holding yard to Dealership(right? :p)
