One last post guys. Picked up the truck today. Five months and one day. XLT Supercab. 301a. Black Appearance Package. FX2. Spray in bed liner. Carbonized Gray Metallic. My 2003 Ranger Edge is going to my son. His F250 is a gas hog as a daily driver. 19 years of good memories.

I got the shipped email this morning. It is supposed to be here between September 8th and the 14th. I am cautiously optimistic.

When I closed on mine it was for the “higher” MSRP. I then received a check from the dealer about a month and a half later for the $199 difference. Delivery price was still the same back then in April.

Interesting, I think both @Cheryl and I received the 'shipped' email notification within a couple hours of this email.

I figure it will get here in October when the rains set in. I only live about a mile from the dealer and figured I could walk over to pick it up.

We’ve bought 3 cars in the last 18 years from them. Might be ordering a 4th shortly. With that said I did have to remind them about it. I had the check two days later.

Nice. Once I pick this one up, I'll never darken their doors again. Not even for warranty work. Gotta be a trustworthy dealer around here somewhere, and I'll find them.
