I'm beginning to feel everyone's pain. The anticipation is growing as winter comes closer. The timeline I've seen:

8/6/22 - Email confirmation of order for 2023 Tremor Ranger LARIAT Supercrew® 4X4
9/1/22 - Email for scheduled for production 10/17/22 (Now have Order # and VIN)
10/11/22 - Email production pushed to 10/24/22
10/18/22 - Email production pushed to 10/31/22
10/19/22 - Phone call from dealership checking in saying they were seeing it arriving on site 11/23/22 (dealer also said it's like 4-6 from production until they see it)
10/25/22 - Email production pushed to 11/7/22
11/1/22 - Email production pushed to 11/14/22

The waiting game continues. I don't mind that it is delayed because I had read about the delays recently and figured if I got it anytime before Christmas/EOY that it would be a plus but now I'm questioning that
I can't help but think how interesting it is that many have had push-back dates. Does it depend on what was ordered? The only scheduled production date I ever received was for 11/14/22 and I got that email on 10/22/22. I ordered an XLT Supercrew 4x4 on 8/3/22.

I think they've settled in on the week of 11/14 being the start of '23 production.

It is also a little reassuring that he said they haven't had any rangers built yet.... Not sure where long McArthur sits in the volume food chain, so not sure where they fall for allocations etc but reassuring, to me anyway, that were not being left out in the dark...

I also almost wish I had bought my truck from him, as he seems to be on top of and in contact with his customers. And he sounds like he at least attempts to inform his staff of changes and updates so they can update their customers...
Mine is basically coming to Denver, CO so I'm curious to see how the roll out pecking order is as well

I'll have an answer for you tomorrow.
No wait, I'll have an answer for you the day after tomorrow. No wait, I'll have you an answer 3 days from now. No wait, I'll have an answer for you this week. No wait, I'll have an answer for you next week. No wait, so on, so on, so on.

Yep. And I won't admit it out loud, so keep it between you and me, but I considered a used Ridgeline to tide me over.
Where is that report post button.

And a bit before is when I asked about constraints or build issues.

It was a pretty informative livestream... Besides all the Maverick questions. Lol I guess I didn't realize just how popular the Maverick was.
I love the Maverick, if it had towing of 5k, I’d have seriously thought about getting that. Better interior, more space, waaaay cheaper. But I was also afraid that I wouldn’t have gotten in in 2023 period lol. So many MY2022’s were never built and just rolled over to 2023. They also sold out in 3 or 4 days after the order banks opened so I didn’t even make it down to the dealership.

I’m definitely thinking of getting a used 20/21/22 Ranger, if I can find one for a good price and get good financing on it. I’ll see what the prices are in Dec and what financing is going to look like after Fed bumps up rates again. I’ve seen a couple used XLTs with a rear locker for around 34.5k with around 25k miles popping up, so maybe prices will drop some more in a couple months.

Now, if my Ranger isn’t built by the time my baby is due in Feb (or at least close) and there’s no good used options, I may just go nuclear and lease a Bolt LOL ?

My dealer has a few 22’s inbound, including a black 500 tremor and a carbon 301 tremor. Tempted to jump on the black one, but given how I intend to use the truck I’m having a hard time with black.

That said, these are stock orders, I seen the window stickers myself. Seeing it as a positive sign that things are moving along with production.

One of the guys here at work got a 22 xlt maverick. And the fleet is moving to hybrid mavericks for smaller vehicles.

They have their place, a friend of mine just got one of the Honda Ridgeline. It is nice, for what it is. I wouldn't drive one because I'm looking to do more truck things (not to mention the after market parts market isn't as large as the ranger)...

Ohhh, babies are expensive... 1st?

Dealer got back to me on how my truck will arrive...

Apparently it comes via rail to Jacksonville, switches trains and goes to Miami via rail, than goes onto a truck and heads back north to west palm beach where it gets delivered to the dealer...

It's gonna have a bunch of iron fallout in it...

But, the tracks the train takes is right behind work so once I figure out when it's coming south I'll try and track it to wave as it goes by. Lol
