Yup, don't underestimate a battery impact wrench...Thanks, I was wondering if a battery operated one would work.
I have a Lowes Kobalt 24 volt 1/2 inch drive impact, 650 ft lbs rating.
Used it numerous times on our previous E-450 based motor home to remove the lug nuts when rotating the 6 tires. Never failed to remove or tighten those lugs.
Still carry it with our new trailer on the road to remove trailer/Ranger lug nuts and operate stabilizer jacks...7 years old with the original batteries.
