But it won't be OEM, then you got the whole paint smell LOL. I'm surprised there aren't some in different colors.

I'm guessing the 110 outlet stays active for an 1hr just like the 12v power ports up front.?
OEM, just consider it another mod. ?

Something like that 20 minutes to an hour. Well, you could use a Sharpie and black it out then there'd be no smell. :like:

The outlet only is active while the ignition is on or if the battery drops to 11 VDC.

Good idea with the Plastic-Dip. I've seen many use it on wheels so I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work for this.

I carry my Viair compressor with me and it sits on the hump between the rear footwell. I don't do a lot of night driving but that blocks any light from the nightlight.

Here's another thought. If you don't want the additional light from a night light, just grab one of your old, no longer used AC adapters. Works just as well, you don't even need to be charging anything. You could probably snip off the cord.
I charged my smart watch on the way to work, it kept the AS/S from working, even when I removed the watch.

I never tried just plugging in an adapter. I always thought there had to be a small power draw for it to work? If my nightlight ever dies I'll try that next.

The adaptor has a very slight power draw even when not charging. That's why power companies say to unplug all adaptors when not in use to save energy.

Yes, if the BMS thinks the truck should stay running so whatever is in the outlet isn’t draining the battery, it will let the engine run while the truck is stopped.

And if you go to the Economy page in the dash menu and go to Auto Start it will tell you Engine On, AC outlet in use.

That white clashes with my interior lol. My OCD won’t allow it. ?
Does the white light bother you at night?
Find me one in black?
I got this one at Walmart, about $4. The blue light shines down and I never notice it, besides, the blue goes with my truck ?. Can’t help with the white case though?.

Had it happen yesterday to mine. When i looked at the button, it was not indicating I had turned it off. Either I accidentally pushed the button to re-enable the start/stop or it somehow forgot. Working fine ever since I turned it back off.
This is why I want to get an updated tow/haul and traction control button which doesn't have the S/S on it.
