Stock front strut spacer?

Have recently purchased a 2019 XLT and am installing the Belltech lowering kit. Besides being frustrated by corrosion and cutting the front struts out, it appears there is an "extra" piece on top of the strut assembly. In the exploded view, I ordered #6 to replace the upper mount...however, from the pictures you can see there is another piece on top of that (circled in the one photo). Is this a stock spacer to give the front more lift?

That is not factory. As an aftermarket spacer that I say get out immediately

That's a spacer from someone adding a level lift kit. I had the dealer add one on my truck to lessen the rake from front to rear.

Thanks folks. I just needed to search the internets using the correct term (leveling kit)! This looks like the part:

Good to know that I'll be able to drop the front a little more...and the Belltech kit has an adjustable spring perch to help level if it is out of whack after things are installed.

60K miles of life in Canada before I got it. At least the paint/exterior was very well taken of! And after the lowering kit, all the respective bolts/nuts underneath will at least be updated.

Specifically, that is the old design spacer by Rough Country. They have an upgraded design now

I ran it for awhile on/off road no issues before the kings were installed. But I am in CA, no rust, that looks gnarly though
