Since about 1 month after lifting my truck I have dealt with a CLUNK when wheels are locked in a turn as well as when on trails going over rocks.
I replaced swaybar end links and upper control arm ball joints. 2 shops have been unable to find any issues and the third shop just called to tell me they think it's the lower control arms.
It's a 2020 with 51k miles, offroaded for 1 year.
Are the lowers that susceptible to wearing out and are the bushings replaceable?

I have the same issue when full lock at slow speeds and on some offroading, a snapping/cracking sound. Have a BDS 6inch kit on my tremor and it's happened ever since I installed it last month. Maybe CVs or Steering box?

I noticed a couple days ago the exhaust hanger by the transmission pan is designed weird. It has a stalk about 3 inches longer than the hanger it holds, so it has side to side play and I could grab the exhaust and bang it back and forth there. I don't think it would cause a noticeable bang but maybe if you're tilting the truck pretty good offloading? Would just need a extra rubber collar there to snug it up.

It's definitely the lower control arms.
My mechanic (who I love, and recommend to everyone) told me the lower CAs were 1 piece and he couldn't replace the bushings. I unfortunately have to wait until next week to repair so it's going to be a very noisy week of traveling.
Found the bushings online from Delphi and ordered them. Of course it got like... 5x worse after the mechanic visit

Please report back if it fixes it. Mine does the same but very infrequently. I did drop my LCAs to put in my Eibachs and when torqued back down they were bad until I got an alignment. Now it only happens very infrequently so I just have been living with it. Haven’t seen any aftermarket upgraded LCAs either

If memory serves (not near my truck) don't our LCA's have built in alignment adjustments VIA cams on the bolts? I wouldn't be surprised if those bolts are stretching and not holding. That will cause clunking like you describe, might not necessarily be the bushings. I saw that in my old track car. You'd have to replace the lower adjustment bolts on a regular basis (And torque them to a higher than factory spec) if you were using R-Comp tires. They would eventually stretch and start making noise.
