Start-X

Has anyone here installed a Start-X remote on a 2022 or newer Ranger. I have a 2023 and went to the Start-X site. Sure enough, they list one for the 2023. You use their link to Amazon, but once there it says only compatible with 2019-2021. As Start-X only sells through Amazon, I'm wondering it this will work with the 2023 and thinking someone here may have the answer!

It should. The nice thing about Amazon is you can return it if it doesn't work.

I have one. Works fine. Be aware, it only works as far as your key fob transmits to unlock the doors.

Had it for my F150(17' xl) worked great.
Had a minor issue where the engine would restart despite me not doing anything, but reading the faqs page in the manual got it sorted.

Should work even if you use the ford pass app.

Should work fine if the website says so. Chances are the one you got was made before that 2023 model. Regardless should be the same. Also I can say it works well. Got one for my land lords vehicle and she loves it. Now to get one for the work van!!

I installed it on my 23 Lariat with push start. Works perfectly.
