Spray bed liner - with or w/o ?

What do you did with your bed rubber grommets? Over sprayed or removed?
For what are this 2 big ones at the cabin side?

My little grommets were removed and the two big ones were sprayed over by linex. Not really sure what those are there for. There are pressure flaps on the cab in that area. Maybe to do something with that?

Use large grommets for drain line hoses on Bakflip top.

I took everything out that I possibly could. The ones at the front toward the cab are easy to remove, I used a yard stick down between the cab and bed to release the clip/tab holding them in.

perfect picture... it seems that your small grommets are w/o and the bigger one are sprayed. That' s what I wanted to know - thx

I sprayed on the UPOL raptor liner, took all the rubber grommets, screws on tailgate and metal tie downs. Makes it look more like a professional install.

That looks great @PatrickM ! Had I not negotiated my spray in liner when I bought the truck, I would have gone this route. How was the process in your opinion? Looks like a pretty straight forward process.

NewPretty simple, a 1/2 days work of prepping (sanding, vacuming, cleaning and taping off). The spray gun supplied isn’t the best thing in the world but effective. My air compressor wasn’t working all that well so a little bit of a problem towards the end trying to keep a consistent PSI, but all in all, I’m quite happy with the outcome.

I used the U-POL Raptor liner also, Great stuff! Completely happy with mine! Got mine on amazon, 4qts and a spray gun for about $120 if I remember right.

Using all 4?? It seemed like I only utilized 3 quarts??? 4 seemed like over kill but I guess if you have a thicker coating I’m assuming better protection! I did more thicker coating on the sides, front and tailgate and less on the floor, since I’ll be adding the decked system.
