Truck Bed Matt.... Issues with install over spray-on bedliner?

Has anyone installed this liner or the like? Does the adhesive velcro adhere to the spray-on bed liner ok?

BudRug recommends using an adhesive enhancer when putting their products over sprayed in liners. Check the BedRug website.
