Here’s more of the zroadz overlanding rack system! It’s been more than month and I’m very satisfied with this rack! I’m able to mount (2) 2.5 gallon rotopax on one side, and (2) recovery boards. I also have the hilift jack mounted in the inner side of the rack. On the back I mounted the...
The hood lights are Rigid DSS pro, I highly recommend these for a wider beam. The throw is fairly far and super bright! Rigid also does a good job in the quality of the product. Great durable waterproof housing and thick cords and connector.
I hope I’m still apart of the magnetic club!! Cuz deep down inside I still am ???! Went out to the desert to test out the new wheels! I went with the black rhinos sandstorm, less rim, so I won’t keep getting sand and mud in the wheel well. The prior wheels kept getting stuff in it creating a...
See the thread I left
if you continue, I have a summary, but it’s pretty much slowly prying, while working around the entire emblem. Use a plastic tool so you don’t damage your paint, I even taped areas just Incase.
So I pulled the trigger, I went with zroadz overlanding rack!

I really wanted this setup since it’s pretty unique with side rails that can lift upwards, so...
Here’s a few sample images, finishing off the back bed before I can go out to the Desert?!!
First three are full lights everything on!
the next two are the front barlight only.
The next two images are the barlight as DRL lamps.
Here’s a couple images while in the cab! First is the normal headlights, second is the roughcountry at full zombie apocalypse!
I believe with my truck wrap, there’s not much glare, so I’m uncertain if a regular paint job would glare.
The cool thing about this bar it has a 2 settings, one for DL running lamps and the second is for zombie apocalypse! although I believe you can run these lights during the daytime, it’s not recommended to run at night, possibly blinding oncoming drivers! And in asterisks it also states *offroad...
I really like Yakima products, and obviously wanted to get these towers, but the max weight load at 300 lbs while off-roading was kind of low. I’ll adding a RT tent, road shower, 2 rotopax, black-rhino awning, Jack, etc! So I had to go with something much more heavy duty.
but the Yakima towers...
When I get the truck out to the desert this weekend I’ll take photos of the inside showing the pattern of dispersion of the light onto the hood. When I tested it out, it seemed like the beam goes further down the road, rather than right down to the hood area, this unit is super bright. Also 2...
I finally installed the rough country 40” curved cree bar light, onto my pioneer rhino rack, (
https://www.roughcountry.com/40-inch-curved-led-light-bar-72940blkdrl.html ) by utilizing my own diy brackets (patent pending) jk.
I could have purchased the outrageous priced bracket from rhino-rack...
You could always place a pvc plastic Sheet over the deck and entire bed, that would aid in not having all the gravel and mulch fall thru the openings!
I’m doing some research now to add some weather rubber seals around the perimeter. For me it’ll help with the unwanted dust, and make the system...
It’s definetly going to be a game changer for me, lots of room to store away items I previously used to shove under and on the rear seats!
the material seems very tough, hardware isn’t cheap, and easy install (Like IKEA)... just put on your favorite Pandora channel, have a six pack chilling in a...
So I don’t really need to strap anything down that’s gonna be heavy duty, but I moved up the metal tie downs (closest to the the cab) further up so now it’s above the decked system. I had to widen the hole in the tie down to match The existing mounting holes, I also installed security style...
