Some of my friends back home (MA) still think I'm crazy when I say 110 is a lot easier to deal with than when it's in the 80's back there and humid. Looks like next week the monsoons are returning here and it'll be in the lower 100's but muggy. ?

I said I cant believe im going to say this, but its too f#$in hot i cant wait to go back to arizona

Never thought it would say that, im fairly new to AZ but has def been an easy adaptation for me.

The Big Island (Hawaii) experiences many small tremors monthly, it's a fact of life there. Some of these are felt on all the other islands, just barey though.

After all, the island is still growing in size, kinda like puberty, if you will...lol

I grew up in the East Bay. We had small quakes often. One particular one scared the crap out of me. It wasn't a roller. It was like somebody hit the building with a huge sledgehammer. It was a short sharp shock. The Loma Prieta was a roller that kept on rolling but wasn't as knarly as that one pop.

I feel sorry for the thousands for fire fighters battling the lightning cause fires in several portions of the state. It will be warmer tomorrow and Sunday.

Ever try single malt Dave? It does require a taste but is so much smoother. Years ago I had one and it was like drinking water with a slight bite. It’s for sippin though! ?

I've never tried that but my buddy ruined Scotch for me years ago. He drank it all the time and knew I hated it and one night we were really drunk out in a bar and stuck one in front of me. Of course me being drunk drank it and lets just say it wasn't pretty.
