Up in the NE we have an Arctic blast last night. With the high winds lost power at 7PM. Didn’t come back on until 7AM this morning. House temperature got all the way down to 35F before the power came back on. Extra down comforter on the bed last night and feet were still freezing ?

Hindsight: Should have slept in the Ranger!

Scott, now I see why you don't have a damper. It would freeze and your tailgate would never open with those temps. ?
The pressure in my tires was fine yesterday morning, got the low pressure alert last night and now they are down to 26lbs... no way in hell I am going out to fill them!

Remember that old saying, colder than a witches xxx . Well that sums it up here the last 30 hours. Tomorrow predicted to be in the 40s to thaw out.

Anyone else tired of winter?
I live in south eastern Massachusetts. It was -6F when I got up at 6am this morning. But overall this winter has been more fall like than winter. Only one day in the month of January was below average at 35F. The temp tomorrow is going to be back into the upper 40s and starting Monday for the rest of the week it will be in the 50s. Plus we haven't had enough snow to bother shoveling. I will be thrilled if it stays the same through February into March.

We typically get a few days every winter where the temps drop to zero or a few degrees below and will get a week or two straight where the temps barely get into the 20s. It ticks me off how the media makes such a big deal out of cold weather especially how they sensationalize wind chill numbers. All the weather forecasts wanted to talk about was the -108F wind chill on the top of Mt. Washington yesterday.
