I’m ordering the Shrockworks, with the step plates, same as HoosierT. I can’t imagine a better look/fit/functionality for what I want to use them for. I need something with step-up assistance for kiddos, but also doesn’t hang down lower than the frame, and mounts to the frame to provide real protection from small boulders while going up 3 to 4,000ft on trails to camp and fish here in the Rockies.

The Instagram post has more but I posted a handful of pics in this thread too that show more detail. Page 3 or 4 I believe.

Been lurking here for some time and just joined. I travel the country in a 5th wheel and knew we were going from Montana to Moab in a few weeks. Contacted Rock Road Outfitters who built me a set of sliders and installed them for me.

I showed up at their shop around 7:15 am and they had my sliders ready and had them on in under a half hour. These guys were great. They had a pretty large operation and were building all kinds of off road parts for all kinds of vehicles and it all was really well done.

I'm really glad I went as it gave me a lot of confidence in what I had purchased.

I would buy from them again. If you have any questions I will do my best to answer.

Cheers

Does anyone have photos of how they're bolted onto the frame? These are the most functional sliders that I've come across - I especially like the ones that are tucked in close to the rockers.

Each mounting point uses a through-bolt and a thick backer plate, plus another bolt though the bottom using a large nut that is fished into the frame (much easier than it sounds).
