I used to stay with my grandparents on NYE and watch it with them.

Also use to love watching All In The Family with them. They were Polish and I still remember my grandfather laughing hysterically when Archie called Mike a Meathead. Sad that today everyone is so sensitive and offended so easily by every little thing.

I remember when I had the pillow to myself...Isa is a snuggler even naps. She should be having Lab pups in March and if it's not her it's Copper, he's my buddy.

There all sure to be yellow labs, she's a blonde version and Copper is the redder version, his GPA who had a championship to his name was so red he was almost like an Irish Setter. Copper came from a litter of 9 and Isa from a litter of 4 so who knows!

We use to do that all the time. All my friends lived up the street in the "circle" which was a neighborhood that went in a big loop. We'd go out and grab the bumper of a car/truck at the stop sign and have them pull us to their house, or until we hit a dry patch of asphalt.

We would pickup an old car hood at a salvage yard and tie it to a car. Rope had to be short so we didn't swing out too far. Sudden stops were a problem.

For a while some kids in our neighborhood took to jumping on the back of a city bus. Feet on the bumper hands holding on to the frame of the advertising sign on the back. I never did that one. Too many neighbors had my mothers phone number. " Your son is doing burnouts on our street again."
