Hi Team
Haven't posted in a while because I just got back from 6 weeks in Canada, USA. Didn't try to look anyone up over there as we were on a pretty tight schedule. Visited Eastern Canada, the west coast, the Rockies, Alaska, and visited some long time friends in Colorado. Fantastic time in both countries, but wow I did notice Rangers really are a uncommon item over there! F150's Chevy, and Rams everywhere, but I really had to look for Rangers. Whereas over here they are almost every second truck.

You must be happy to be home but I hope you had a great time in Eastern Canada. Although, that’s a place where it’s tough not to.

What a trip, Cam. You sure got around.

Not a lot Steve. Just me and @LaBalbe so far. ;)

Actually, sales are about 7,000 to 8,000 units per year. For context, F-Series (combined) sales are about 120,000 per year.

I live rural on Lake Erie shoreline, with 60 or so retirees and cottagers in my little community. There is at least eight 5th gen Rangers within that 2km strip, but I know that's disproportionately high. There's also 40 or more full size trucks from the big 3. Almost every house here has a truck in the driveway.

You forgot @Metal Geezer; he was on not too long ago. There was also @JACKSMYDOG, but I haven't seen him around in a while.
Thanks for remembering me!!!

I still got my Ranger, still loving it. I'm 5 years & 4 months, 132,000 km with no significant problems yet.

Hey Jay, long time no see I hope everything's well with you and your dogs. I might have missed it but how did your house come out after the fire? I know it's been 3 year since it happened and hopefully everything went well with the build and you guys are settled in and making it home now.

Good day sir. Things are great here, dogs are great, they just had puppies that are 8 weeks old tomorrow and leaving for new homes by the weekend.

New house is built and I'm living back here now, but it will be another year for me to finish the landscaping and basement. The builder became a big problem and it took over 2 years from fire until it passed a live in permit.

Hope you are doing well too. IIRC correctly you were moving out of Arizona last time I was here, but I can't recall to where? I think you originally came from the north east, Massachusetts maybe? How's the 6th gen Ranger holding up?

Glad to hear you and the dogs are doing well! sorry to hear about the builder and building troubles but sadly that's par for the course now. IIRC he said you'd be in there in like 9 months. But better late than never and now you can get your life back to normal.

I'm doing well, thanks! We had out own adventure and yes we moved out of Arizona to the Ozark mountains in Arkansas. That lasted about 18 months and now we're back in Southern Arizona in a much smaller city (23,000) and at 3,000' so much less summer heat. I had my own builders nightmare which you can see here if you're bored one day. I guess it was a blessing in disguise and we're happy here now. I still have a 5G Ranger, got a Tremor this time right before they changed over and it's (knock on wood) doing great too. Good to hear from you and hope you stop in more often. 🙂

Hey Jay - good to see you around the forum. Are you getting this crazy haze from the wildfires?
