I just started a new career in which I have a company vehicle that I have to keep at my house.
Thus, my Ranger will rarely be driven. Honestly it probably won’t get more than 3000 miles on it per year unless I go on a long road trip.
Anyway, it is low on fuel, should I fill it up with Ethanol Free?

Absolutely, and I would use stabilizer as well. After they took the lead out, all sorts of nasties can grow in any moisture in your tank and unfortunately ethanol attracts moisture. I used E10 ethanol fuel when I had petrol cars, and it was OK, but only in my car that I would fill up fresh every week or so, I would never use it in my ride on mower or any petrol garden tools where the fuel might sit. I made the mistake of putting it in my petrol water pump tank on our dam once, and of course it rained for weeks afterward so it didn't get used. I was shocked to find that when I did go to use it, because of the many weeks of wet weather the ethanol picked up so much water it dropped out of solution and sat on the bottom of the tank, and I had to drain, flush and clean to use the pump again.

I've been using Stabil for years and never had any problems starting or the carbs (yes I've been using it that long lol) gumming up. I've had snowmobiles stored sitting for a good 2 years and they fired right up with stability in them. All my lawn equipment would be treated with it every fall and never had any issues with them either.

Yet, another vote for Sta-Bil. My primary is my Ranger and my Jeep Wrangler goes about 2500 miles a year, sometimes sitting for months. That and my snow thrower get Sta-Bil. Snow thrower fires up every year at this time, no issues. This is hooked up to my Jeep when it sits to keep the battery fresh. There is a constant draw on the battery when sitting. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JLWFPX6?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1

I would fill it up and add a fuel stabilizer to the tank. Helps keep moisture out of the tank and keeps the fuel from breaking down, and but a battery tender on it.

Yes. I forgot to add I put all of my stored motorcycles and lawnmower batteries on battery tenders.

I also use dryer sheets around the wiring to keep mice from chewing on the wiring. They love the wire covering made with soy beans.

I agree with what's been posted, I will add that any vehicle or equipment that is going to sit a while should be filled to the top with non-ethanol fuel. Any empty space in the tank just invites condensation when the temperature changes.

Been running 90 ethanol free E0 since purchase (which gives me around 2 mpg better than E10 gas). E0 will be as fresh as when you filled her up when you turn the key next as it is pure gas. Stabil or Sea Foam will also help with moisture build up due to normal condensation.

I use stabil in all my equipment and power service stuff in the tractor. I believe for mixed gas the stihl mix has a clone of stabil in it. All that being said, I have never had a fuel issue in any of my equipment, but before I used to put stabil in stuff, I never really experienced bad gas either, might have gotten lucky.

Definitely use a battery tender and keep an eye on the tire pressure (including your spare - most neglected check IMO - including myself 😒). If your truck sits too much with low pressure your tires might develop a flat spot and your sidewalls might start to crack.
