Interesting. I might be in for a set after you get some miles and test them out for a bit.

I like the idea of all metal end links, however I see potential issues with excessive wear and/or binding due to dirt contamination. This could lead to premature failure at the mounting points for the bar.

very innovative. That's awesome. Once you get some testing done would love to see the difference it makes as far as flex and off road capability.

Yeah I had the same thoughts. This just seemed like the quickest and easiest to test with. I will have the parts for V2 tomorrow. It will have spherical rod ends with a Teflon liner, should be much more durable and longer lasting.

It is intriguing. Has anyone measured how much more flex this would give the front end?

My first attempt at a quick disconnect sway bar end link. No tools required and really easy to remove.

Yes...any updates? I was wonder how the reconnect would work if the connectors aren't exactly lined up...

Sorry guys been super busy with other projects. I made a V2 with much stronger rod ends and stainless pins. Had it on the truck for a couple of thousand miles without issue. I will post up some pictures of it tonight. The sway bar isn't all that stiff, you can push or pull on the end link to align it as long as its within about a 1/2 inch.
