Quick Disconnect Sway Bar Endlinks

@Overland Ranger UPS tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received anything. Do you have any contact info where I can report the issue?

Well… I’m not sure what to think of it!

I’ve placed an order of this item

Shortly after, I received an email with the UPS tracking 1ZDT694B0339840917

When I track it, it says delivered but I haven’t received anything. Obviously OP @outlandish_ranger isn’t responding.
When I click on link in the original post the online store where I ordered it from is gone

I’ve emailed to the address that was on the receipt but haven’t got any response.

UPS policy says the sender has to open a claim and wouldn’t respond to my complaint since I’m not the one gave the sipping order.

Bottom line I’m $240 on the hole and whoever took the money is nowhere to be found, neither is the product!

I have confirmation that the order was successfully delivered by UPS yesterday to the address you provided. Just sent you a PM with the confirmation details.

How did they confirm the delivery? Did the provide any proof or photo of the item or the address or any signature? I’ve already mentioned there was nothing delivered and my door camera shows no UPS delivery came to my door that day.

Yeah it does, having to file a claim with UPS...always great when they screw something up.

one concern i have with these is if disconnecting will risk something dropping to far / hard/ too easily while off road and disconnected? would one need to have limit straps on anything?

Unfortunately, the demand wasn't there to keep ordering material and keep the website going (monthly cost) so we made the decision that after the last batch of material ran out we would shut down the site and production. We appreciate the support we did receive from a few but unfortunately, the Ranger community isn't it. You get hit with the "too expensive" or who needs a sway bar on every Facebook site I posted on, sad reality of this community.

It won't as the bushings hold it in place from dropping. I've had them on my Ranger for almost a year now of hard wheeling with zero issues. If you don't believe me you can always check out my Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkjK5XQ5pypY19ca5S89wnw) as I am probably the only documented Ranger out there that goes through the abuse my Ranger does. As mentioned above we no longer sell them.

Ah well. Yeah, it is a bit slower around here than B6G. But, I almost appreciate it more than all the fluff and exorbitant money wasting builds over there.

Well, I’m in for a pair if anyone bails on you or of you hear if anyone getting rid of theirs.

I find the “why is it so expensive?” crowd tend to not understand the value of quality and sourcing and what actually goes into making small batch products. We deal with that a lot in our industry. My wife and I own and operate a small whole animal butcher and prepared foods market - it took a lot of work, but we found our people. I always say, you should question why your food is so cheap, not why ours is so expensive.

Yeah, it does and we were not making much of a profit on these to begin with on how the cost of materials are nowadays, offering free shipping, and maintaining the website not even including the time and effort it takes making them.

Sad to hear about you pulling the end links, I purchased them earlier this year and can attest to their quality, I use them all the time.
