To of those of you who bought a TBC from Levitown Ford, did you purchase online? If so, were you able to use your FordPass pts. When I contacted them I was told that to use Pass pts the purchase had to be in person at the store. Could not be used for online purchases, plus the $280 price was only for online; in store is $340.
The whole interaction was kind of frustrating as they transferred me to three different people who didn't seem to know about the TBC... I finally ended up giving them the part number from their own online listing.

I know Benny (@LevittownFordParts.com ) has always said that they can't accept points. He will PM you a discount code of some kind, if you post in his main thread about parts.

OK, thanks for the info. Looks like my local dealer can match Levitown. If not I'll just buy it online and install myself and use my points for something else.

Just a follow up; Fairway Ford has the TBC online for $269 and accepted my Pass pts. for an online purchase. "Out the door" price was $75.00.
How did you use your Ford Pass points online? I cannot figure it out.

Tom, IIRC you have to call them and tell them you want to use them for an online order. Then they'll apply them for you.

Retired, work is a four letter word.
I bought the FPP from Levittown online and they accepted my 50K points to offset the cost, wonder if they only accept them for certain items?

I just reached out the Levittown about the same thing. Who did you work with? I'm hoping they can help you with the same thing!
So that was over a year ago so I don' remember who I worked with, I think it was with Bennie, who is on the forum. But it was no issue using the points to offset the cost, was just asked how many points I wanted to cash in.

Yes, I didn't realize it was a year ago right away. They emailed back right away saying they don't except points. I just want to use my points towards the tuner and be done with it lol!

with my dealer, I had to order the parts through the service department, not the parts. I don't know why, but parts can't use the points.
