Poll- rangers with the clunk/thump on acceleration from a stop and when coming to a stop

I have a 2019 4x4 model. If I barely move the accelerator pedal the clunk is non existent. If I tap the pedal and let off it clunks, or move the accelerater too quick regardless of how far it's pushed it clunks. The clunk also happens even if the truck has not moved yet. Leaving me to believe it is the grease issue in the drive train.

mine does it occasionally. it seems like when the truck has been on for a bit and warmed up it will not do it and shifts better etc. the first few miles after starting up for the day seem to ones where i always think what is wrong with this thing! but then things are fine.

2019 Ranger XLT I have the clunk on downshifting from 2nd to 1st when coming to a stop, but mostly when I am in tow mode.
