Just what the factory did or didn't do , but that's on my list if I don't get a onepiece...
honestly. i would do that sooner than later to see if that gets rid of the low end clunk. Its on my list to do but not my short list

... its good when i get on it for sure , and felt good at 70 + , but i think i feel something on deceleration , it may be a little too stiff , i have to go back and forth to work to really get a good feel for it though ...
I think that shimming is only going to minimize the shudder, and never fully get rid of it. But any improvement you get is gain.

A 2 piece driveshaft is never going to give you the smoothness of a 1 piece driveshaft.

So this all comes down to a personal decision. How much shudder is too much? And is the performance / cost ratio of a 1 piece driveshaft worth it.

That said, I applaud your efforts. You may find the performance you have already achieved is good enough.

Best of luck and I hope you succeed!

PS: I still think Ford should not have put this truck in production with the stock driveshaft configuration. They got it right on my 2005 Ranger, so they obviously know how to do it.

A little to stiff , it's good when I really get on it and at 70+ , but I'm getting some vibes at 30ish and some on deceleration, not bad , but it's there ... I'm thinking of drilling some holes in it to get some more movement, you can send me a "test" one piece driveshaft if you like , I'd be willing to try that for your piece of mind , it will be a lot of work on my end though...

Just for kicks, I crawled under my ranger and took at look at the Tremor setup. The CV end looks really strange with how small the tube tapers down. I wonder how the online calculator @Shawn at Tom Wood's shared would work this?

I also grabbed hold of the shaft and it had a unbelievable amount of play in that floating bracket thing. I was actually shocked how much it moved in any given direction.

Yours is centered much better than mine ,
mine rides low and to the left , maybe I should drop the bracket until it's centered up...

You know something, you might have just found the best solution for Tremor owners. Best by default as it may be the only solution because as mentioned before we haven't yet been able to figure out a 1-piece shaft for the Tremor. I'll pour another bushing tonight. DM me your name and address and I'll send one to you.

@NotBudule Too soft, interesting. That urethane I used was the softest available. I wonder if harder might be better? If it does need to be softer, I agree that holes would be the way to do it. It would be cool if we had a gopro video so we could see how much deflection you have with each of the things you are trying.

Holy crap that is way better centered than my Tremor. Why so much difference between two exact same trucks? Something isn’t right

Yours is WILD looking for a 2022 with what I assume like no mileage. I am only at 12k miles.

Who knows if this makes any difference, but I have a 2" level lift and a 1" diff drop.
Is yours factory or modified?

Stock. But that angle shouldn’t be affected by those mods. Engine, trans/tcase mounting is the same and that’s what sets that driveshaft angle.

That was my thoughts as well but figured it wouldn't hurt to add to the conversation.
