Just what the factory did or didn't do , but that's on my list if I don't get a onepiece...Is your slip joint at the other end of this greased?

honestly. i would do that sooner than later to see if that gets rid of the low end clunk. Its on my list to do but not my short listJust what the factory did or didn't do , but that's on my list if I don't get a onepiece...
I think that shimming is only going to minimize the shudder, and never fully get rid of it. But any improvement you get is gain.... its good when i get on it for sure , and felt good at 70 + , but i think i feel something on deceleration , it may be a little too stiff , i have to go back and forth to work to really get a good feel for it though ...

A little to stiff , it's good when I really get on it and at 70+ , but I'm getting some vibes at 30ish and so.e on deceleration, not bad , but it's there ... I'm thinking of drilling some holes in it to get some more movement, you can send me a "test" one piece driveshaft if you like , I'd be willing to try that for your piece of mind , it will be a lot if work on my end though...
Yours is centered much better than mine ,Just for kicks, I crawled under my ranger and took at look at the Tremor setup. The CV end looks really strange with how small the tube tapers down. I wonder how the online calculator @Shawn at Tom Wood's shared would work this?
I also grabbed hold of the shaft and it had a unbelievable amount of play in that floating bracket thing. I was actually shocked how much it moved in any given direction.

You know something, you might have just found the best solution for Tremor owners. Best by default as it may be the only solution because as mentioned before we haven't yet been able to figure out a 1-piece shaft for the Tremor. I'll pour another bushing tonight. DM me your name and address and I'll send one to you.Just for kicks, I crawled under my ranger and took at look at the Tremor setup. Holy crap that is way better centered than my Tremor. Why so much difference between two exact same trucks? Something isn’t rightYours is centered much better than mine ,
mine rides low and to the left , maybe I should drop the bracket until it's centered up...
Yours is WILD looking for a 2022 with what I assume like no mileage. I am only at 12k miles.Holy crap that is way better centered than my Tremor. Why so much difference between two exact same trucks? Something isn’t right
Who knows if this makes any difference, but I have a 2" level lift and a 1" diff drop.Holy crap that is way better centered than my Tremor. Why so much difference between two exact same trucks? Something isn’t right

Stock. But that angle shouldn’t be affected by those mods. Engine, trans/tcase mounting is the same and that’s what sets that driveshaft angle.Who knows if this makes any difference, but I have a 2" level lift and a 1" diff drop.
Is yours factory or modified?
That was my thoughts as well but figured it wouldn't hurt to add to the conversation.Stock. But that angle shouldn’t be affected by those mods. Engine, trans/tcase mounting is the same and that’s what sets that driveshaft angle.
