No power to control panel

Hi my 2020 ranger after driving to the market and parking i came back out to drive home and upon starting the car i got a bunch of message on the dash saying blind spot and forward collision assist off. i then notice my center control panel was not lit up and none of the buttons or knobs work at all. The reverse camera also does not work. Just a blue screen. The climate control wont work with the infotainment screen either. I checked the 7.5 amp micro 3 fuse under the steering wheel. Where else can i check. Thank you.

I dont see any sign of rodents at all. All wires seems to be in good shape

Do you have the original battery? Often the cause of berserk displays and malfunctioning devices is a weakening battery. You can have the battery load tested for free at any retailer that sells automotive batteries, or a Ford dealer.
If you wind up installing a new battery, be sure they reset the Battery Management System (BMS), or else the new battery won't charge properly..

Have you checked Fuse F12 under the dash (BCM)? That feeds the front controls interface module.

7.5 amps. The fuses are listed in the owner's manual.

Its not the battery. Put a new one in and problem still exist.

Have you scanned for any DTC codes? They would help find the issue.

The scan tool i used showed all the faults that show up on the dash but idk how to proceed. Im just gonna take it to the dealer tomorrow

TRY A RESET - HOLD THE FAST FORWARD BUTTON AND RADIO ON OFF SWITCH AND EVERYTHING COMES BACK UNTIL THE NEXT TIME

I had a similar event on my 2020 a few weeks ago and the reset helped get everything back in order ….. hope this works for you as well
