Climate control noise

New guy here. I have 2 19 Ranger XLTs, wifes and mine. Anyone else notice the droning sound from up front in the dash. Its not the fan, sound stays the same on all fan settings. Best way to hear it is at idle, radio off. Hit the power for all climate and it stops. Like a low whirring sound. Just enough to be irritating.
