Same sound here, as in sound clip, started at about 9k miles definitely under truck towards rear end I've checked everything , carrier bearing, brakes, park brake, u-joints rear diff oil level, appears ok. Its either carrier bearing or u-joint. Sometimes it lasts a mile or 2 seems worse when it's colder out.

Yeah mine is when the truck is cold.. When I'm leaving work in the afternoon usually. Only does it for a few seconds. I've even put it in Nuetral but it still does it. Kinda trouble shooting different things. I don't drive my truck very often, but next I'm going to put a gopro under there by the carrier bearing

I'm going to take the driveline out this weekend and check the carrier bearing fit to the driveline and get a better look at the u-joints.

I narrowed it down to the water pump, got an appointment at the deal on Wednesday. Only makes the noise when it's cold.seems the colder it is the worse it gets. The belt and pulley is showing signs of damage and wear

Here's what it sounds like
That's pretty much what mine sounds like. To me it sounds like it's coming from the back. Hopefully you can get some answers on this topic. There are others with this sound too.

Take a look at your water pump and belt, I'll let everyone know what the dealer comes up with.

Just picked up the truck from the dealership. Was told to just drive until it breaks and call ford road side assistance.

Retired, work is a four letter word.
Sounds like the aggressive tread on the new tires are 'crabing' on the pavement making the sound, had that happen with my Jeep once with some Dick Ceppek Monster mudders. If that is what it is it should slowly go away as they wear in. Try testing on different surfaces to check.
