New On road tire recomendations

Looking into new sneakers for the truck. I live on dirt road, and my driving is about 70 - 30 on road to dirt road. While I'd like to think I'll go off roading, I really haven't done any in my first 2 years that require off road tires. (mainly dry and wet or 4" deep mud dirt roads)
I have dedicated snows for winter and mud season. These tires for the remainder of the year. My main concerns are...

Handling Performance - wet and dry
Noise
Traction - wet and dry
Stopping
Life of tires
Gas milage improvement
My head is spinning from Tire Rack and the like, reviews.
Any info from personal experience would be appreciated.

Those look like a viable option. Have you ever driven on them?
The boxes that I need checked need a score of at least 9.0, which these do. Honestly have always skipped over Michelin, for some reason that is most likely super outdated...

Not on the Ranger. Had them on a F150 once and they were a great tire.

Michelins or if you're feeling a little less spendy, Firestone Destination LE's or Cooper SRX's.

I agree with Joeiconic and all the others who said Michelin LTX. You will be happy if you get them.

The Destination LE3 were on my list. Just checked against Mich LTX and Firestone is rated better in most catagories. Have you had them?

I went with the Continentals Terrain Contact after the disappointing Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I wanted a better road tire than more of an A/T. The Ridge Grapplers are on the side of off road but yet an A/T and the Continentals are more towards a road tire but yet still an A/T.

They perform well off road and great on pavement. They have a very good wet rating and it rains a lot in HTX. As advertised, they do well on wet pavement after driving on them in several downpours in HTX. No road noise. Braking is fine. Smooth highway ride.

I did my first tire rotation this week and wear is normal and not excessive considering I was a bit late on the rotation and have about 7,000 miles on them since getting them and this is the first rotation.

Ridge Grapples had bad cupping after about 10,000 or less miles. Zero mechanical issues with the truck so something was going on with the tires.

I have the Michelin LTX M+S on a 2003 F-150, and If I did not have off road tires on the Ranger I would choose the Michelin's. It is the best tire I have ever had on the F-150.

Crazy what application can do in my opinion of tires. My wife's A7 had Continentals on it. High end performance tire and man did they suck for ride quality and wet traction. Went one size bigger with Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate and they ride much better (I know more side wall equals smoother ride) and the wet traction is far superior (this alone is a huge win). Since it's the wife's car and she drive's it 95% of the time, performance tires are not necessary. LOL.

No, I ran couple sets of Destination A/T's on my old truck since I need tires that work in the winter but I liked them a lot.

Ive had Michelin Defenders on my Ranger for about 9 months and they are a huge improvement over the stock Bridgestone OEM tires.

Wife had a GMC Acadia when they first came out. Originally came with goodyears that lasted about 40K. Ran two sets of the Michelins after that. Both sets lasted about 80K. Best tires I have ever had.
