So far what I haven't found yet is
A good cell phone holder/display, ordered one from Amazon but the Ranger dash is curved so the round/flat adhesive pad doesn't stick well.

Mudflaps, after reading through reviews figured the Tecoom front/rear mudflaps (very similar to the Ford Accessories one) were the bomb but Amazon currently has them out of stock. I ordered Husky Front mudflaps and like others the part of the mudflap that catches water/dirt/mud/snow from the front tire looks like a scoop so will likely send these back and wait for the Tecooms.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q9L47H7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this phone holder will fit nicely next to the 4 way button

I removed mine after buying a ram mount unit and once I get a chance to mount it to the dash tray. I wasn't using it so much as a phone mount but a review camera display mount for my rv and the angle was always to tough. but it held up really well.

Sct tuner that I picked up for a fraction of the price is my best value. Interior is fun factor, exterior is extra turbo sounds.

I like the looks of those too. My question is, the website says they are side air bag compatible. I don't see how a complete slip-over cover cannot negatively affect the airbags in the seatbacks.
The seat covers are seat side air bag compatible, there is a specific driver and passenger side and the outboard side of the seats has a super thin/stretchy material different than whats on the inboard side.

I’m currently researching tuners in case I don’t end up trading it to a Ridgeline this summer. I take it you’re happy with the sct? I am mainly looking to fix the tranny shift issues, the power increases are secondary for me. Do you find the act does a good job for you as far as shifting?

Shifting is far better than stock. It not a custom tune so the parameters can't be adjusted. However it no longer wants to lug the motor in the city and the shifts are crisp and quick not jarring. The power increase is nice, sport mode feel like an actual sport mode now, triple digits happen quickly when you smash it on the highway. The MPGs seen to improve mostly in the city due to lack of lugging and an extra 1 MPG on the highway. Overall I notice it around town, the instant mpg is higher. I notice it for how many miles I can go per tank. Probably getting an extra 10 or so on average.

Exterior:
Black tailpipe tip (Amazon). I cut a few inches off the stock tailpipe so you don't see it inside the tip.
Dee Zee tailgate damper (Amazon).
Black stainless steel tailgate letters (Ford Accessories).
Bug deflector (Weathertech).
RANGER door stripes (Ford Accessories).

Interior:
Console tray (Amazon).
iOtti phone mount since suggestions were asked. Suction disc Gorilla Glued to the dash tray. Wife got a new vehicle and needed a different phone mount. She probably got it from Amazon.

I'm thinking of getting those seat covers actually.
Does ones bum stay cool for prolonged sitting?

And does it affect the bolstering? I found the other seat covers I tried in the past made the seats feel flat and allowed me to slide around during turns.

I would say the seats are cooler than warmer, the description talks about gel inserts but overall they are very comfortable, fit well, doesn't make the seat too slick due to the gel/pattern up the middle.

Those seat covers are neoprene, like my Wet Okoles, and I was worried about them being hot also.

I'm one who likes cold pillows and a cool feeling bed (I would absolutely go bananas if I slept too warm), so I was plenty worried. Mine don't have that channeled gel layer, which looks very comfortable, and we really wanted the water resistance since we get in with wet clothes after summer kayaking.

I haven't found the plain neoprene to be noticeable to me, but I'm also in New England and not shy about running AC if it gets above 70°. I *think* it feels a little less breathable, but I've never felt annoyingly warm either (I was surprised that it didn't feel warmer to me).

I can't really speak to the difference of uncovered seats in the Ranger as I only drove a few miles before putting the covers on (LOL, they were one of a handful of accessories that I received before I got the truck).

As for the side bolster, I'm pretty brutal on it getting out (plus, I may, or may not bit, a bit on the jovial side of my ideal weight). Getting in I'm able to not smash it down, but I can't get the same angle getting out. I've tried a few times and will continue to try, but I guess my outside bolster will be pretty flat soon.

Nothing goes with Race Red (officially and globally declared as the besterest color ever in the entire universe) like teal (keeps Kate happy and makes me smile at Soupie's reggae vibe). And there's velcro on the side for the side airbags (I hope to never find out if that prevents their deployment).

After a 5.5 months my 2023 Ranger XL finally arrived 2 weeks ago and I have been researching and ordering quite a few accessories. My best value winner accessories are listed below. The "not so crazy" list so far are all from Ford Accessory website, (items that were returned). The impact bed mat and tailgate liner" which I think is made by BedRug and marked up by Ford arrived damaged and the CoverKing "built ford tough" seat covers didn't fit well at all.
