Have had a 2019 and now a 2021 Ranger and on both trucks they fell apart like that including the the warranty replaced one on the 2019. Looking for a genuine swade replacement for my 2021 or if anyone knows where to get a better replacement please let me know

you say you have had the tires balanced. have you had them road force balanced? that will tell if you have a bad tire or rim.
