I consistently get between 24 to 26 MPG on the interstate with my 2019 XLT Sport. No start/stop for me. I use 87 octane and have a light foot on the pedal, lots of cruise control driving. My 2019 Lincoln MKZ 2.0 T will do around 33 MPG under the same conditions.

I must have the loaded XLT also...I have all the goodies you described, power seats, folding mirrors, adaptive cruise, etc. I once thought I wanted the leather seats, but the cloth ones in my XLT are high quality.
I almost forget I have ASS. I plugged a night light in the AC receptacle right after I got the truck in 2019 and the truck never automatically shuts off. I don't notice the light at night either.
