I got a great trade in offer on my 2019 XLT 4x4 supercab so I ordered a Bronco. It came in Friday an I picked it up Mon. I have been hauling people a lot more than "stuff" lately so I ordered one. If I had a crew cab I may not have made the move, I don't know how the rear seats compare.

In Dec 2019 I paid $26,100 for the ranger after $6K in rebates an A plan discount. Three years eight months an 45,900 miles later I got $25K for it in trade. I did leave a nice hard tonneau cover on it since I didn't want to deal with it.

There are things I like better about each but the transmission so far seems WAY smoother than the rangers. I guess you have to pay a price to tow 7500 pounds. The only visit to the dealership was for a CEL on a sensor above the gas tank. I think when I had the oil coating rust preventer applied it got on it an caused it to fail. I did get the CEL for the "chugging" issue but I cleared it an it hadn't come back, been about 3 months.

I'll still stop in now an then since this is a cool group an I enjoy reading others adventures in them.

Congrats on the purchase though I hate to see another long timer Rangerless. Best of luck with the Bronco!

Thanks. I was thinking of getting a used SUV an keeping the Ranger but it was more expensive in the long run.

Here it is when it came off the truck, waiting for prep. I kept the options to a minimum to keep price down. My ranger had more stuff like blind spot monitoring an auto climate control, an parking sensors. The only feature I miss is the electric folding mirrors I guess it isn't available on any bronco.

purdy.

I gotta say, I do really like the bronco headlights. . . more than the 5g and 6g rangers.

not really. way back the bronco had a version that was two seat and then a "pick up bed".
