Just look at the difference between the two trucks. Man, there was nothing aerodynamic back then and then you added a big square deflector to them. lol
Ergo, the dual tanks!

Parked next to my neighbour’s service loaner…

He’s had it for over a week while they’re doing work on his big Lexus SUV (460/450?). I can’t imagine what he’s getting done if that’s what they gave him as a loaner.

We are averdue for dump run pictures though! Come on Soupie, get busy. 😜
LOL, did two small dump runs yesterday - 4 old bikes and an old Weber.

Gonna bring a few bags of sticks and twigs that came down after a wind storm today.

I just met our new neighbors yesterday and I was excited to tell him about two "free" perks our town has.

The first is free boat ramp access (he was pushing a 1969 13-foot Boston Whaler into his garage) and, most excitedly and awesome, our free dump access (especially since our previous neighbors left a bunch of crap in the garage),

He proceeded to load his Taco up (hey, everyone can't be perfect) and hit the dump - I was so proud of my civic duty! =D

Very astute, sir! =D

Yep, after 21 years, I became an old fart redundant! =D

My work laid off 4% of its workforce and we were offered "voluntary separation." Yikes!

The choice was:

1) Take your chances and, if you get canned, get 4 weeks pay,

OR

2) Get 4 weeks pay plus 21 weeks (for my 21 years) plus 4 weeks pay for insurance plus my annual bonus.

So 4 weeks pay or about 39 weeks of pay! hmm ...

Man, I couldn't hand in my laptop fast enough!!! =p

But they kept me on another 3 months (slowest 3 months of my life, some folks were let go within a week, others 3 months, and some 6 months - depending on how critical your job was) and then I could say "cya suckers!"

I figured I needed to do something and my education is in geology, so I started a nonprofit.

Holy crap, so much more paperwork and time than just an LLC like our game business.

But here I am and Soupie has some boss magnet signs now! (traded my dump babe magnet status for door magnets)=D

Funny, folks ask me what it is and tell me they've seen Soupie around town (I knew that chin chain/bumper chain, would be appreciated!).

One day, while walking Kota about 2 miles from our house on the rail trail next to a small pond, some dad fishing with his kid said "hey, you have that little yellow boat!"

Guess peeps are finally realizing how awesome a dump runner Soupie is! =D
