I ordered the same ones. They are significantly brighter than the stock bulbs too. The lenses popped off when I installed them. Nothing a ABS glue couldn't fix. Have not had an issue since.

Is it possible to add these to non-Lariat Rangers that don't currently have them? Would the entire mirror need to be replaced, or could you cut the hole and install them? (Wires would need to be there already I suppose)

I just installed a set from drivebright. They are super bright, easy to install, more expensive than the Amazon China made models but made in the USA.
